If you are having some problems during the registration with finding your name on the Riot servers and have received the following error: "Username cannot be found on Riot's servers, please check your username and try again", please follow the instructions below:

• Be sure that you have chosen the correct server and have entered the right username.
• If you still see an error message, please submit a request and provide your Server and your LoL username.
