It depends on your Premium profile type.

- Premium Player subscriptions are sold separately for new game profiles (Apex, Fortnite and Call of Duty) and as one package for CS:GO and LOL (meaning that Players purchase one subscription and get both CS:GO and LoL Premium Player Profiles).

- CS:GO and LOL Premium Team subscriptions are sold separately.
