If you have initially purchased a subscription from our platform and would like to request a refund please ensure your account meets all the following criteria:

  • Your request is less than 1 hour since the Prime subscription activated for your account
  • You have not deleted your particular Player Profile and created a new one after the Prime purchase.


Also, please ensure you have chosen the correct subscription package before processing with the payment.


If you are not happy with your subscription please do send us a request and we will try to work with you on some solutions to the issue you are having so that you might have a better experience on our platform.



Banned Players

Banned players are not eligible for a refund on their current subscription period and will be denied.
